GPIB ISSUE

Iam unable to detect instruments with GPIB Interface in LABVIEW MAX

Pls help me

Few checks,

  1. Ensure cable is seated correctly in the connector of the instrument and the GPIB card
  2. Check if the instrument has a setting or switch to work in remote mode
  3. Check if the instrument is expected to respond to *IDN? query
  4. Check if the instrument requires additional GPIB configuration

What instrument are you using and what do you exactly mean by "unable to detect"?
