There is no out of the box "HTML to XML" Converter in LabView  - just because you wish there was this out of the box solution doesn't mean you can force it by combing .vi's which are meant for a different purpose.

After some attempts i tried to do this, is a bit intricate to select and pass only the value i need but seems to work fine. Thank you.
