Got charged twice and had no luck with customer support

Hi all,

 

I am unsure which board to post this to, so I apologize if this is an incorrect forum.

I recently purchased a license for LabVIEW Full, and they charged me twice for the purchase. I tried calling them but was left on hold for over two hours cumulatively. Is there an email address or better phone number I can try? Has anybody else encountered an issue like this? 

 

On a side note, I purchased the downloadable version, but they provided a shipping date and tracking number - what could they be sending me, a piece of paper with my serial number on it...? 

 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Try Open a Service Request Case Using the NI Service Request Manager (SRM)

 

On a side note, I purchased the downloadable version, but they provided a shipping date and tracking number - what could they be sending me, a piece of paper with my serial number on it...? 

If you recently purchased NI software, the serial number should be provided to you via email  from NationalInstruments@ni.com

I just submitted an SR, thank you for that tip. I never received an email with an SN, so I included that in the service request... Thank you for your help.
