HTTP Client Error:OpenHandle.vi returns error code -1967362015

Hi All,

In my one of the projects, we are using webservice vis to access data from a webservice.Here, Labview acts as the Client. Webservice is available only for the customer's internal network, hence we usually use the VPN connection to connect to their network and access data. Everything went well, we can access the webservice from our PC and also some of the customer PCs which doesnot require a VPN connection. But only in some of the customer PCs, when I run the software, I am getting an error code -1967362015.

I did some of debugging and found out that ni_httpclient.dll returns the data as -1967362015. I browsed everywhere and couldn't find a manual for the dll, hence couldn't find out why the dll returns that data. Do anyone know what that error code means? Can anyone help me here?

Hi Geethu

The issue has been resolved over phone. Building an installer with included dependencies (like LVRTE, Web application server,etc) is the solution as the error comes up only in those systems which don`t have the dependencies installed in them.
