Hall measurement by pulse current application with Keithley 2636A
Hi, thank you for your consideration.
I'm using Keithley 2636A, which is a multi-channel SMU.
I would like to measure the Hall effect using pulse current application with the 2636A. Could you help me implement the following in LabVIEW?
*I am using LabVIEW Community Edition 2022.
*The Keithley 2600A Series driver is already installed in LabVIEW.
- Apply a pulse current from Channel A with the following parameters: On time = t1(s), Off time = t2(s), Bias level = 0A, Current level = I1 (A).
- Simultaneously measure the Hall voltage (i.e., voltage signal) using Channel B, synchronized with the pulse current applied in step (1.).
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 in a loop.
Could you explain how to configure the triggers for this implementation?
