Hello,
I have a problem on my test bench PC, at startup just before I set the pc password I get a blue screen with the Stop Code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXEPTION
Element that failed: usbgpibx64
knowing that I'm on a version of Labview 2019 f3 , NI TestStand 2019 f2 ,NI_488.2 19.5 and windows 10
Anyone have a solution please?
Thank you

Remove the USB GPIB device until you are finished booting. Then you can try to figure out what's going on.

hi billko,
Thank you for replying to my post.
When I remove the GBPIB port the PC boots normally without the blue screen but when I put it back and restart my PC the blue screen appears at startup.
I'd like to update the NI_488.2 driver from version 19.5 to version 23.5 but I'm afraid that the installation file will update my labview and that I'll lose some functionality on my program.

Hi GerdW,
I can't really answer your question but I know that the test benches at the moment are not connected to the network but they used to be.
We have 3 identical test benches and on all 3 we have the same problem.
Knowing that Windows was updating automatically when the benches were connected to the network.

Thanks GerdW.
So to fix the problem I just have to delete the updates made by windows.

I'm not sure about this, my previous comment was kind of sarcasm...
The more important question is: did it work before Windows update and did the problem start after Windows update?

HI,
The benches used to work well. Since they were connected to the network, I can't say if it's really the updates.

Not sure if this will help, but try to turn off Fast Startup if enabled:
