High Sampling rate using 2401 smu

Hi,

I am using smu 2401 for transient measurement and I needed to collect maximum data points. In the manual/data sheet, it is written the sampling rate of smu 2401 is as high as > 2500 reading/sec. But I could not obtain this. I obtain only ~ 20 readings/sec even in fast mode (NPLC = 0.01).

Could anyone help me on this issue.

It would be great if you could attach the Labview program to obtain high sampling rate for transient measurement using 2401.

I guess you talk about the Keithley2401 3rd party device?

Did you follow ALL the explanations given in the manual to achieve the max samplerate?

What exactly have you tried?

Why don't you attach your VI so we can suggest improvements?
