How Do I use 4070 with LabVIEW?

I cannot seem to find a driver or any other way to control 4070 from LabVIEW. What am I missing here?

Thanks

A 4070 what?

Is this a NI board?

I'm guessing you're talking about the PXI-4070 (great DMM, BTW).  Did you install NI-DMM?  Make sure LabVIEW Support for your LV version is selected to install.

The NI-DMM palette is located under the Measurement I/O.

Sorry, yes NI-4070 DMM. and I do have Ni-dmm 3.0.5 installed. My directory <instlib>:\NIDMM\NIDMM.LLB does NOT exist. Not sure why.

Thanks

What version of LabVIEW are you using?

My Measurement IO menu has only NI Scan Engine and NI I/O Trace, even though I have power supplies, muxes, DAQ cards and DMM's.

I would reinstall the drivers.  It is sounding like you installed the drivers before LabVIEW.  If this is correct, then the drivers would not install the LabVIEW support VIs.

Reinstalling drivers took care of the problem. Thank you all.
