How can I create an XY graph displaying live data from multiple sensors in a project

I need the flexibility to select one sensor for the X-axis and choose multiple sensors for the Y-axis. What approach should I take to input and organize the data effectively for generating plots in this scenario?".Now the issue is I am not getting the proper logic of how to pass this live data to generate the multiple plots in the XY graph.

Typically, you would build the data up in a shift register.

Maybe you could attach a simplified example of what you have so far so we can form a better picture of the problem..

We have attached the vi here,can you pls go through it.There is a subvi inside which the xy graph logic (till now) has been done.
