How can I set up the bridge?

Hi,

If the supply voltage is 10 V, and the load cell's sensitivity is 2mV/V, then the maximum output signal is 0,002 V

But i get signals 0 V-to 24 V,why?

Do you see at the top right the little drop down menu that says "Scaled Units"?

Yes but the load cells has got mv/V and i set up mV/V. i dont undersant you.
