How do I convert dynamic data from a SIMULATE signal block to drive a DAQ Assist generated output to a PCI-6221

I am trying to simulate a Quadrature decoder using two DAQ Assistant generated Square wave generators for testing a Quadrature decoder circuit. I have gotten a simple circuit to create the signals needed but an stumped on how to get these signals out to a PCI-6221 board and then to a SCB-68 module. I have used MAX to connect to the  PCI-6221 and test the outputs i wanted to use, but there is a compatibility issue between the signal types of the Simulate signal blaocks (dynamic data) and the output blocks which cannot accept dynamic data.. I found a device called Convert from Dynamic Data which has many options avaliable for its output but none that seem to work. I found one conversion that allows me to wire the blocks together without a wiring error but when I try to run the VI I get an error 200524

Possible reason(s):

Write cannot be performed, because the number of channels in the data does not match the number of channels in the task.

When writing, supply data for all channels in the task. Alternatively, modify the task to contain the same number of channels as the data written.

Number of Channels in Task: 1
Number of Channels in Data: 1000

Task Name: _unnamedTask<0>

I do not unstand the use of the word "channel" in this context, especially since everything else used the word "sample" to descibe their outputs.

Let their be no doubt that I am a flegling user of Labview.

You have not said what conversion you chose, attached an image, or attached the actual VI. Channels refer to the physical outputs and you have specified multiple channels with either a 2D array or a waveform array with multiple element. Instead of the Express VI, use one of the signal generation functions that creates a waveform data type or correctly convert the
Evil dynamic data.
