How do I force labview to quit even if there are vi's running, without user intervention?

In my opinion, this sort of VI should only be used to prevent a disaster (such as a Nuclear Power Plant Meltdown).  It is usually easy enough to force all the loops to terminate, which lets the VIs to terminate.  When everything terminates, so does the program ...
