How to Replace selected element in a tree control?

 How to replace a selected element in a tree control by a new one from string control?

Here is an example (LV 2009). Remember that replacing string doesn't change the TAG (each row has its unique TAG)

Thank your for your reply, but the question vas how to replace a selected element in the Tree by selecting with mouse, not by entering it's row and column number. For example you select an element  by clicking it, type new string in a string control, then click "change" button. Which property represents the selected item row and column?
