Hello! I want to get the function on this pic ,anybody knows please tell me, thanks~

That appears to be a property node of a string control.

Find a string control on the front panel or block diagram, right click, choose Create->Property Node, and find the first element you want on the node.   

Then mouse over the node near the bottom until you see a square appear at the bottom middle, and drag that down a few times until you have as many nodes as you need to alter whatever you need to alter.

BTW the specific function there appears to select a portion of text, and make it 32 point font, red, and bold...
