Right click the FBN, Move Initializer One Loop Out\In...

It won't work on a FBN in a .vim of course.

As a side note, you wouldn't need to test this on an FPGA.

If this doesn't work the same on a PC, there's a major LV bug.

It would make testing a lot easier.
