How to delay the sampling time of NI 9235?

Hi,

      Is there anyway to delay the sampling time of NI 9235? The minimum sampling rate of NI 9235 is 794 S/s which is making file size too large if I need to acquire data for 1 month. I would like it to acquire data for a second in every 1 hour.
