How do you want the current to appear flowing?  Using some bubbles or arrows on lines representing wires?

NI makes (or at least made) an inexpensive DAQ device for students called a myDAQ that combines some hardware that can do Analog and Digital I/O (at modest data rates) and has support software, including s  omething called the "Circuit Design Suite" (whose features I do not know) that might have some of what you are asking about.  See what NI has to offer ...
