I am loading a LabVIEW 8.5 project at LabVIEW 8.6. I got errors since LabVIEW 8.6 does not include old Sound and Vibration VIs, such as TFA Power Spectrum(attached picture). Please let me know, how to solve this problem?

If I understand your issue correctly, you need to install the Sound and Vibration Toolkit for LabVIEW 8.6. This link should help:
