anyone can advice how to program and measure the time difference between A to C or B to C?

A and B is the pulse signal and C is the sine wave.

You need to determine the sample index for the samples at A, B, and C. Then subtract the indices and multiply by the dt of your waveform. You are using waveforms, don't you?

What are the definitions for the point A, B, and C?
