How to set pattern matching in vision assitant

Hi Sir, 

When we do pattern matching,  how to set the config, to ignore the angle and size ?

Then no matter i rotate the object to a random angle, or zoom in/out,  we can still find the matching.

1. for pattern matching, need the same size, but we can set the angle;

2. if different size, we can use shape matching;

That is my understanding.

2. we choose an object pic, if I only want to compare one region of this pic to the template, how could i set the ROI ? exactly the same size to template ?
