Hello Cipactzin,
I did some research about this device, and NI doesn't has drivers for LabVIEW. This is a discontinued device from what I read.
If you can give me more details about your application I can give you more assistance about how you could acquire your information. How is this device connected to the computer USB/GPIB/RS-232 or any other interface? With what software do you want to make the data acquisition?
I hope this was helpful!

It has a GPIB card, and I can read from it. I have connected to my computer, nevertheless, it is difficult to get the data straight into labview, even when the driver is reading the data.

You need to define 'difficult' with some details such as the code you have written and the exact data you are getting back. Attaching the programming manual would be a huge help in understanding what the issue is.

Hello Cipactzin,
In this case you would need the NI 488.2 drivers to acquire data, you can download them from here, just select the right version.
Also Dennis is right, with the manual you can set the right SCPI commands to acquire the information from your Optical Multimeter
