I cannot build installer because NI-RIO was not found.

When I try to rebuild my installer it gives me an error that says "The following product(s) are not found on the system or have been upgraded: NI-RIO 12.1". It is true that I upgraded NI-RIO 12.1 to NI-RIO 13.0.  But I do not know how to tell the installer where NI-RIO 13.0 is located.

I'm guessing the problem is that the installer is on LV12 and I also have LV13 installed on the same computer.

The image below shows that I do have NI-RIO 13.0 installed.

What is the best solution to this problem?

Either install NI-RIO 12 or build this in LV13.

I ended up changing it to LV13. I don't think you can just install NI-RIO 12.1. I think you have to uninstall NI-RIO 13 then install 12.1. And when you are done you can reinstall 13.
