You can resize index array for multiple outputs. Just grab the bottom edge and drag down. If you want the elements in order, you don't even need to wire the indices.

You also circled array diagram constants.

Once you have an enum (easiest to create in this case by right-clicking the terminal on the subVI and "create constant"), you are halfway there.

Now take that diagram constant and "right-click...change to array", then resize to the desired number of elements and move to the desired place on the diagram.
