Hello, 

I have some doubt, please help me, If anyone can.

I am using keithley 2400 sourcemeter and I have to take input as current and output in voltage, I have to provide to values of current i.e Initial current and final Current and the by providing option like stepsize and Number of data points so that the Current will change gradually and not immediately and then that current to Voltage using keithley drivers.

I have doubt that where should I connect the output Current, so that I will get proper measurement of voltage

I would look at the ConfigureOutput function to see it's options/capabilities.

(I would also read the manual of your source meter to learn how to configure a current source…)
