Inconsistent Overlay

I'm using the following VI so create an overlay on an image.  The Image is displayed on the Front Panel. 

The entire overlay is not appearing each time, sometimes I get half the edges, sometimes no ROI.  It's quite random as to the amount of overlay I am seeing on the front panel, though I have varified by probe that the overlay is correct.

Thank you for posting to the NI forums! Can you post the code so I can run it? What version of LabVIEW and Vision do you have?
