Insert row into array after each loop iteration

Hi,

I am trying to use a DAQ assistant to measure pressure from transducers, and I would look to display an array that would populate a row after each loop iteration. However when I run the code, the array would only fill in at the end. I tried using shift registers, but was unsuccessful. I am also using a mean function to calculate the average of the first loop, so there could be a trick to it...

Any help would be appreciated!
