Installing a Ballard 429 cPCI card in a RT chassis

Has anyone had problems getting the Omnibus cPCI ARINC 429 card up in running?  I have installed the drivers and the PXI shows it is there but the Labview examples don't run because of a card not detected error as soon as the vi is run.  I would appreciate any insight since the initial feedback for Ballard indicated it is not supported.

From what I have been able to find, this(Not Enough Resources for BallardTec​h ARINC Card) seems the most relevant.
