         I'm using Labview to control Panametrics 5900PR emit pulses as 6kHz, and Agilent MSO 7000 serials to accept echoes, what I want to do is Agilent oscilloscope can record data as the same frequency with Panametrics 5900PR.what I mean is that when 5900PR emit a pulse, oscilloscope can collect one data. How can I do it? I know that it may use trigger,but I don't know which Vi of Agilent I should use.

        The Vi picture is shown behind. I don't know how to connect them together.

First thing you should ever do when you are trying to automate something with an instrument, you have to figure out how to do it manually first.  99% of the time, once you figure out what you have to do manually, it becomes very obvious with the automation.
