I have a pretty simple problem.
I am trying to install the instrument driver for an Agilent E3634A power supply. I am supposed to login in order to automatically download and install the driver to Labview.
When I login, I receive the following error: "The email address and password combination you entered is not valid. Press Login Help to go to ni.com for more information. Press Cancel to return to Instrument Driver Finder."
I am trying to login using the same profile I am logged to post this.
I am sure that I am doing something silly but thanks for any help to resolve this issue.

It seems like we are in the same boat. A good 10+ years later.
Did you manage to solve the problem?

Hi Lab,
did you go to www.ni.com/idnet and search for "3634"? Then you find the driver quite easily and got some "download" buttons. It worked for me without any problem…

Dear GerdW,
thanks for your speedy response, despite the old thread.
Unfortunately, I need the ESP300 driver from Newport for a motion controller. I can only find the newer drivers for the 301 stage online. I thought it was quite dandy to be able to use an auto-detect to select a driver, but unfortunately this weird login error persists. I can log into the website with no problems and I don't have any further issues with internet etc, which is disturbing.
Starting fresh into this day, I see that the 301 and the 300 are backwards compatible and feature the same motion commands and control algorithms, so I'll give it a go with the newer driver.
I'd be very curious to figure out what the actual problem with the login is, but hey, research is full of adventures.
Cheers from the FemtoLab

I never use that InstrumentDriverWizard, but search on my own either in www.ni.com/idnet or on the website of the device manufacturer…
(And most often I re-work the provided device drivers to suit my needs.)
