Is the FPGA Compile Cloud Service down?

Solved!
Go to solution

Today, I've been trying to compile a LabVIEW FPGA code using the NI FPGA Compile Cloud Service but I always get the following error:

LabVIEW FPGA: The compile farm server does not have any compile workers to perform this compilation.

Error -123002 occurred at niFpgaCompileFarm_OpenJob.vi

Possible reason(s):

NI-Farm: No worker has registered the given capability name.

Complete call chain:
niFpgaCompileFarm_OpenJob.vi
niFpgaCompileWorker_OpenJob.vi
niFpgaCompile_Worker.vi:6460001

This did not happen on Friday, and I have also tried compiling a project that had been compiled successfully on Friday but it failed today with the same error message as well.

Is there something wrong at the NI end, or could there be something wrong with my setup?

P.S. My licence is still valid for 11 months more.

I just started a compile to test this out and it has started with no problem.  I am compiling a project with a PXIe-7976.

I used PCIe-7842R, and today the problem has somehow solved itself. The compilation now goes through smoothly.

Since this last outage, my compiles are no longer successful. I'm getting wildly different timings for essentially the same code as last week.

I wonder if any configurations changed on the server side?
