Issues with OPC Server on Modbus Device

Hello, I am trying to communicate via OPC with a device that supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU. When performing the communication test with the OPC client, it indicates that the communication is established, but the variable values remain at zero and do not update. I have conducted previous communication tests with a Modbus simulator, where I can see the variable values. I am attaching an image of my issue.

Can you show us how you've configured the OPC driver as well as whatever tool you're using to update that Modbus data?

Thank you for responding. I have attached images with the OPC server configuration. I am using the trial version of Modbus Poll to access the registers of my device.
