LV 2009 RTE silent install using Spec file

Has anybody managed to do this?

Where to source the RTE?  The Installation builder does not recognise .msi files..

The .exe RTE from the website requires extraction prior to installation, thus not suitable for silent install..

Two possibilities for you:

- use LabVIEW Application Builder, and deploy Run-Time together with your application. You can run installer silently with /q option

- extract files from downloaded run-time (run once, then folder C:\National Instruments Downloads\bla bla bla will be created. Then run setup (you can also run it with /q option for silent install).
