LV 8.5 crash on duplicate event

Just curious if anyone else also can crash LV8.5 when duplicating an event case in an event structure.  Runnng Vista on a Core 2 duo.  It doesn't happen all the time, just 4 or 5 times in the last few days.  The event case being copied has a boolean control with latching action and not much else.  This is clearly a bug - is this the only place to report it?

This is a known issue and has been reported to R&D (ID 4E29MOP2). The problem happens when duplicating a case with a control terminal is inside the case if "Delete/Copy panel terminals from diagram" is unchecked. The workaround is to check the "Delete/Copy panel terminals from diagram" in Tools>>Options->Block Diagram.
