LV12 & SP1 chart bug

Hello everyone.

I've come across a problem and have attached a VI example to illustrate.

The attached VI is just a chart with two plots.

- Data points line up with X scale until chart is filled (250 points) 0-249.
- Then the VI will either stuff more or stretch less data points into chart until the chart has scrolled past the starting XscaleMax value even though the XscaleMin, XscaleMax, Offset & Multiplier are unchanged.
you can watch the data point bars move relative to the Xscale on the left side of the chart

error accumulates on the left side

the more data points displayed on the chart, (Xmin to Xmax) the greater the error

      I have to display 1800 points so it's a problem  :[
- Changing the Yscale values will "reset" the chart - but the error will accumulate again until the chart has scrolled past the XscaleMax value at the time of "reset".
- The chart will also "reset" if you stop the VI and stretch the chart size horizontally.

As far as I know, this is new to LV12.  I updated from LV2009 to LV2012 and then LV12 SP1.

But... Life Is Good

thanks

There appears to be a bug relating to charts in LV12, CAR 406018. See two threads @lava: Waveform chart X scale not matching time correctlyChart Scale Falling Out of Sync With Data & Grid.
