LV7.0 vs LV7.1 compatibility in HSDIO application VI

I have developed a LV7.0 test program using the HSDIO application and digital waveform editor. When we get the new version of the  LV7.1,  I tried to convert this program and ran on the same PXI tester. It has the problem with the  digital test pattern.  It shows  the problem in the NI HSDIO write script VI. Can you tell me what is the right steps to convert a LV7.0 to LV7.1 with the HSDIO and digital waveform application? Thanks.

Can u send your VI in LV7.0 so I try to duplicate your problem?  What exactly is the problem, or the error returned from the write script VI?
