I'm working on a project whereby i'm using 1 arduino to monitor phase voltages on one location of a building and another arduino to monitor the status of a standby generator as well as control it from another location of the building. I was wondering, since Linx allows labview to communicate with arduino uno via serial communication, can I use xbee modules to wirelessly transmit the data to and from both arduinos & a PC at those ranges. Also would linx allow simultaneous communication with both arduino boards and Labview (from the PC) at the same time?

You question is best asked at the Arduino forum or XBee forum. That is a hardware question.

Why wouldn't it? Two boards two different serial ports.
