I will give this a try.  I was told by an Applications Engineer that 9.3 was still the latest and was compatible with 2011.

LV 2011 FPGA module patch f1 already out! Amazing... I was about to report that a NiFpgaLv.dll could not be loaded and prevented me from opening past projects but the patch seems to have fixed that problem!

Kudos to NI for the quick fix!

DAQmx 9.3 is not compatible with LabVIEW 2011, according to its readme.

LabVIEW	8.5.x, 8.6.x, 2009, and 2010
LabVIEW Real-Time Module	8.5.x and later (including 2009 and later)
LabWindows/CVI	8.1 and later (including 2009 and later)
LabWindows/CVI Real-Time Module	8.1 and later (including 2009 and later)
Measurement Studio	8.1 and later (including 2009 and later)
LabVIEW SignalExpress	2.x and later (including 2009 and later)

DAQmx 9.3.5 (which will be on the Fall 2011 driver DVD and is available through NI Update Service) and DAQmx 9.4 both have support for LabVIEW 2011.

I agree. I saw the same info which lead me to request help from NI support.  I have 2011 up and running with DAQmx functions after installing 9.4.
