Hello,
I need LaBVIEW 2012 (developing applications for WinXP) and LabVIEW 2016 (developing applications for Win7). There is no problem so far, but installing DAQmx 15 and DAQmx 16 in parallel is not possible. Is there a solution available to work with both systems on one machine?

The solution is called "Virtual Machine".

Hm... is there no other solution? This is difficult with our IT.

Hmmm, you could also create two bootable USB sticks, each with the different system. That would require the BIOS to first check USB boot devices before booting from HDD/SSD. And still you would need two separate installations.
Another option would be having IT to create a multi-booting system to have separate OS installations for each driver configuration.
In either case, i think IT has some work to perform. The least work for IT would maybe spending money on two complete separated computers.
