OK, and did you try running the setup.exe, instead of autorun.exe?

Ah, sorry, I read it but somehow skipped that sentence...

 

I am running out of ideas, but these are the things I would try:

- run a registry/installation cleanup utility (I can't recommend one, but Google will help you)

- install some driver/tool from NI that doesn't require LabVIEW (for example NI System Configuration) and then try with LabVIEW again

- use Windows backup to restore your computer to the state from before the reboot (provided that you had Windows Restore enabled)

If it is Windows 7+, perhaps check C:\ProgramData\National Instruments.  (ProgramData is a hidden directory, so you will need to set folders to view it.  I'd not delete it, but perhaps change its name.)
