LabVIEW 2024 Q3 Application Memory Error

I'm currently using LabVIEW 2024 Q3 and I've installed application on the customer's PC and he said he's getting this error every 1-2 hours.
I've searched and people said it could be windows problem but I've installed on 4 PCs and all of them are getting this error so I'm assuming it's related to my program.
I'm guessing it might be because of the sound data I'm getting from Hantek oscilloscope and I'm using the DLL files they provided. 
The customer said he also gets this error when trying to change the oscilloscope settings. 

For memory issues like this, what do I need to check?

Error 2: Memory is Full when Opening a New Reference in LabVIEW - NI

Check for that.
