Hi!
I’m having problems establishing an implicit IO Ethernet/IP connection from a CompactLogix PLC to LabVIEW 2021 and the Ethernet/IP add-on.
The add-on comes with a few examples and the example called “Write and Read Tag”; using the “Tag Write” and “Tag Read” blocks, is working fine.
I can read and write explicit tag data using these blocks.
However, I have connection problems using implicit IO using the example “Create Assembly Instance” provided with the add-on.
After setting up the PLC according to the example and help manual I get a faulting IO device (error 16#0203) on the PLC.
No network settings are changed between trying the two examples.
I’ve attached the images of the system component as well as a network log.
If anyone has any solutions please let me know.
