LabView 2020 Getting Fatal Error message on Launch

I keep getting a Fatal Error message everytime I try to launch LabView 2020, ... This problem started to occure right after reading my instrument .XML file and getting some error conflicts with NI MAX, after clearing that all up, during initialization of Instruments LabView crashes with this error message and will not start up again without this fatal error message then crashing dead.

Wait a minute.  Are you saying that merely starting LabVIEW, without asking it to open any VI, or any Project, gives the Famous Polite Message from NI?  Or can you open LabVIEW, but can't open some existing code/project?

If the former, you probably have a corrupted LabVIEW installation, which will probably require a complete uninstall (there is only one safe way to do this in the NIPM era, namely have NIPM remove everything except itself, then in a second pass, have it remove itself) followed by a reinstallation of LabVIEW.  If the latter, then something in your code is causing the problem, and you may need to go back to a previous version and work forward again.
