LV2014 is not yet available. It will come out start of August 2014!

As you can see in the announcement section of the LabVIEW forum NI just started the "semi-public" Beta Testing phase…

I have an a National Instruments provided version of the BETA 2014 and am using it, hence my question.

I just need to use some of my 2014 vi on a different comp!

AFAIK there should be a closed discussion group available to all BETA test participants. Maybe you should ask over there?

Why do you need a separate LV-RTE? You can create an installer that already includes that RTE!
