Labview 8.5 crash in LVstorage.dll

My apologies for the lack of details.  This error is coming from a lab that has no network access, and as such, I cannot bring the logs or error codes outside.

Occassionally (i.e. Once so far), we've seen Labview crash entirely, with Windows claiming a fault in LVStorage.dll.

As best I can tell, this was during a test that reads in data from .TDM files.

The code is not compiled and is running directly in the development environment (i.e. this is not a standalone utility)

Has anyone seen this before, or something similar?

We are running Labview 8.5, on Windows XP 32-bit, service pack 3.

Unfortunately, without some additional information, the best advice I can offer is to try to reinstall your copy of LabVIEW (full uninstall, then reinstall).  Files get corrupted from time to time for a large variety of reasons and reinstallation usually solves the problem.  

If you do experience the error again, try to get a series of screenshots (alt+print screen >> paste into MS Paint & save as picture).  If you can get any additional information about the error, it would certainly be helpful.
