It is very difficult (for me) to see what you did with the very tiny characters in your pictures.  [Pictures are not very helpful!].

Please try the following:

  1. Open MAX.
  2. Open My System/Devices and Interfaces.
  3. Click on your Web Cam (on my PC, it is called Integrated Webcam "cam0").
  4. You should get a popup with a gray image space.
  5. Click "Snap".
  6. Right-click the Image, click "Viewer Tools", and select "Zoom to Fit".

Does that look like a reasonable Image?  [If the camera is not "pointed at your face", your head might be missing].

The problem is the resolution between the two pictures. The Second picture when the webcam work normally the first picture when i use labview and then labview change my webcam resolutions.

When you open a camera in MAX, I'm not sure how it sets the initial resolution.  I just plugged an external Web Cam (a Logitech C920) in, and when I opened MAX and looked at the Acquisition Mode settings, it was 640 x 480.  I changed it to 1920 x 1080, did another Snap, and saw what appeared to be "nothing", but it really was probably a zoomed in part of the wall or ceiling behind me, because when I did another Zoom to Fit, there was my Ugly Mug staring back at me.

Try playing around with MAX and your camera a bit.  Note you can do Grabs as well, and try moving the camera or waving your hand in front of the lens).
