Labview evaluation and ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit evaluation problem

I want to try out the ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit with
Labview but I do not have a license for either. So I installed an
evaluation version of both the toolkit and Labview and I can't find the
blocks for the toolkit in Labview. It's like it didn't even install.

The toolkit is listed on the start menu under "National Instruments"
and it's also listed in the NI License Manager as having 30 days left,
but I can't get it to work within LabView.

Any help would be appreciated.

Toolkits, typically, get installed under the "addons" folder.  See if its in there: 

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\vi.lib\addons

Khalid is correct, this toolkit will install into the Addons portion of the pallette.  It is also not visible until after you have restarted your computer, so if you are not seeing the pallettes, try rebooting your computer and checking again.  Which version of LabVIEW are you using?  I currently have the ECU Measurement & Calibration toolkit installed in LabVIEW 8, and I can see all the VIs just fine in the Addons pallette.
