Labview installation

Hi everyone. 

I need a help. 

I have a labview software 2011 (yes, is old), but I have the serial number from installation. I'm not able to install it in new computer with windows 2011 64 bits. Someone knows if is there any incompatible issue? I'm try to install it, but every time apers the follow errors.  

Someone can help me to understand this issue?

I think you have two alternatives:

1. Install Windows 7 or 8 on a VM on your Windows 11 PC, and install LabVIEW 2011 on that machine.
2. Install LabVIEW 2023 or higher on your Windows 11 PC.
