A few years ago I experimented with Windows 10 on ARM and LabVIEW. Here was my conclusion which basically is that only LabVIEW 2016 could be used due to SSE optimizations, and that the runtime engine needed to be manually installed. I was able to get code running, and publishing LabVIEW VI front panels to web pages using WebSockets.

At the time several limitations existed with the Windows 10 on Pi configuration, which I think have been improved since then.
