Thanks for your help.
I could build installer . The issue was less available space on USB where I wanted to copy the installer files.
Now I have another issue at the destination PC. I tried a very simple program first with just an indicator which keeps on incrementing. This program works well on destination PC. Then I added a read signal using DAQ mx assistant . This time, the installer get stuck in the middle displaying message as in the attached file. I click on 'Install" and it goes back to "52 percent complete" screen ,but does not go ahead. After some time, gives me the same message "would you like to install this device software?
Any help will be appreciated

I'd try to copy to a local disk first.
Not sure it it still matters...
The installer might try to make a temp extraction folder, and you might run into the storage size again.

Also, assuming you tag the "always trust software from National Instruments" and then the Install button?
DAQmx isn't my thing... If it doesn't install someone else might have ideas. I don't.

The issue got resolved. It was old windows version which was causing this. I tried on another PC with Windows10 and there was no issue.
