Most of us aren't just sitting around with Lecroy Oscilloscope 9404M driver VIs on our PCs and don't want to go get them just to help you out with this, so you need to give us more information to go on here. I advise you to show the complete set of all wires leading into the subVI causing the error as well as its contents.
